I highly recommend Dr. Lugo and her team. Very attentive to any and all of my needs throughout my entire journey. I traveled 2 hours just so she could be my surgeon for my breast reduction. Morgan Medical is a lovely hospital that takes very good care of their patients. All my plastic surgeries in future will be done with Dr. Lugo.
